that dual core looks pretty shitty, if anything you add like $70 more dollars you can get a quad-core and if you stick with the old case you'll still be within your budget

max i pay for my copmuter is $450 average and it can run all the top end games on high settings

Everyone I know can afford to buy top of the line parts and rebuild their pc completely every 2ish years.
These computers cost between 2,500 and 3,000 dollars
The reason for this is they are THE BEST
Not everyone needs the best of the best, but everyone that treats this as their hobby doesn't fuck around.
Waste of $700 sorry to say, could be quite a bit better if you spend 1,000-1,500
You're basically buying a glorified stock PC from best buy but if that's fine with you, that's fine for me. |

Well if building computers is your hobby, then obviously spending $1,000+ is nothing.
Most of us though are just building a budget computer
I also don't see the need to spend so much for a computer when a budget one isn't that far slower from it |
