1. Limit A Guests Daily PageViews
Guest can view the site a limited amount of times til they're forced to register.

2. Guest dialog - shows a message box to guests
Guest is shown a small box that covers the site page (they can exit the page)

3.. Guest Registration Notification
Guest is shown a box across the top of the page, can't be canceled and tells them they're still not logged in.
